On Wednesday 12th June 2024, all Year 9 students took part in a talk on mental health by Hussain Manawer. Mr Manawer grew up pretty locally in Ilford, London. He is a poet, writer, presenter and has been an advocate for mental health for many years. 

This talk coincides with the release of his new book "I wanted to quit too". A big thanks to Brainspark Games for donating some books for selected students, who also got their books signed by Mr Manawer.
