This song is about feeling down and overwhelmed, which is something we all go through. I wrote this as a way of expressing how I feel, but also to show myself that there is hope. I wrote this with the message about not being alone in having these feelings. I think that, although this highlights the down time, we need to accept that these bad feelings and experiences help us grow and make us stronger and who we are. It's very important to acknowledge these feelings but there is always hope and strength in all of us.
