It was Stephen Lawrence Day on the 22nd April: the 30th anniversary of his death. We marked the event in school on 28th April with a visit from Hon Dr Stuart Lawrence, Stephen’s brother, who spoke to students in assemblies and workshops. Stuart’s message, that Silence is not an Option, is powerful. In Stuart’s assembly, he urged us all to be ‘revolutionaries’ by being the best versions of ourselves so that we can change the world.
